| The Placement Cell not only maintains constant contact with corporations and industrial enterprises, but also efficiently delineates the opportunities according to the precise strengths and attributes of the Graduates of the college. So with an objective to enhance the employability skills of the students and overall development of their personality, the college has prolific and proactive Placement Cell. The purpose of the cell is to groom the students with right kind of skills required to become successful employees or entrepreneurs by choosing bright and right careers. The Cell also creates awareness among the students about the available career options and helps them in identifying their career objectives by organising sessions on career guidance by career counsellors. The Cell has also been involved in the co-ordination and administration of various career planning and training and placement programmes organised by District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises and National Career Service to provide opportunities to the students to secure their desirous jobs by participating in the ‘Mega Job Fairs’. Being active round the year, its steadfast, continuous and fruitful efforts can be clearly seen in the mounting numbers of students being successfully placed. DM College is delightfully honored to have our illustrious alumnae, who bedeck the corporate world with their glorious, laudable presence and contributions, and it is my resolute belief that the future shall only see this magnificent legacy being fortified and enriched. |
